Valve's gaming engine now supports mods for Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Portal, and Team Fortress 2.

Valve announced today that it has released the latest version of the Source SDK. The main benefit of this update is the tools to make "custom game experiences" for Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Portal, and Team Fortress 2. The newest Source SDK can be downloaded at www.steamgames.com.
Along with support for titles on The Orange Box, the Source SDK features the the Hammer World Editor, providing the ability to create custom levels for all Source engine-based games. Additionally, it features Valve's custom Faceposer tool, allowing users to produce choreographed sequences in the Source engine. The Source SDK also comes with a model viewer and tools designed to build custom textures and models for Source engine games.
