Today, Activision Publishing announced that they will be launching a new Guitar Hero themed space in PlayStation Home. Called "Backstage with Guitar Hero" the area quite literally looks like a backstage with musical equipment strewn about. Players can meet up with other people interested in Guitar Hero and look at trailers for future Guitar Hero titles along with behind-the-scenes footage.

The space will also feature RockGod, which is a chord matching minigame where you play back a series of notes. There is also a VIP space currently sealed off by a velvet rope; Activision is seeking feedback on what exactly to put behind the rope.
