Microsoft announced today that Rockstar Games' blockbuster GTA: San Andreas is coming to the Xbox Originals program on Xbox Live. Starting on October 21, the game can be downloaded for 1200 Microsoft Points ($15).

San Andreas has sold over 21.5 million units worldwide so far. The game is perhaps better known (unfortunately) for its "Hot Coffee" scandal, which led to a rating of "AO" by the ESRB (until a 'clean' version of the game was re-released with the "M" rating back in place) and a class action lawsuit against Take-Two Interactive, which was settled in 2007.
