Rockstar recently revealed an addition to the previously announced "best of" GTA: San Andreas soundtrack, which will come on 2-CDs. This addition is a cinematic DVD which contains a prequel of sorts to the game. The double CD soundtrack retails for $21.98 and should be avalible now; the 8-CD complete soundtrack will retail for $51.98 and will release on December 7.

Dubbed The Introduction, this movie was created using GTA: San Andreas's in-game engine. It details the events leading up to CJ's departure of Los Santos and his life in the interim in Liberty City. The Introduction is told from numerous different perspectives, giving a more complete picture of the organized crime scene in San Andreas.
