It seems as though Take-Two was not amused by the removal of the ads they contracted to the Chicago Transit Authority. The company is looking to get the ads back up and over $300,000 in damages.

According to Reuters, Take-Two Interactive is suing the Chicago Transit Authority. The company is accusing the CTA and its sales agent Titan Outdoor of violating a $300,000 Grand Theft Auto IV ad campaign agreement. Take-Two's suit also says that the CTA violated their right to free speech along with contractual rights.
The campaign was originally set to run for six weeks between April and June on various transit stations and buses for the CTA. The ads were pulled, however, right after a report by a Fox News affiliate, which questioned their placement after a weekend of violence in Chicago. Take-Two is seeking damages of at least $300,000 and a court order requiring the transit authority to run the ads.
