God of War creator David Jaffe is currently working on a yet to be announced project at his studio Eat Sleep Play, but he recently had a chance to check out the progress being made at Sony on the much anticipated God of War 3. Jaffe came away very impressed.

"I saw GOD OF WAR III when I was in Santa Monica last week. I can and will not give away details," he stated on his blog, then adding, "HOLY HOLY HOLY F***ING HELL!!!!"

Yes, David Jaffe is excited. He continues, "Dudes and dudettes, f***ing WAIT till you see the amazing graphics...just f***ing wait. ... I ain't no fan boy but this mother f***ing game looks like nothing you've ever played...and you can hold me to that when this thing hits and when they start showing gameplay footage. It looks like a painting come to life- it's THAT good looking."

Of course we won't be able to judge until we see it for ourselves, but it's at least somewhat encouraging that the man behind the start of the franchise is very pleased with how the third installment is coming along.
