Unverified. To get the crimson stone you must beat the game twice on the same save game (save over your clear save once you load it). Get the treasure chest that is in the middle of the glowing room.

If you beat the game eight times you will recieve four crimson stones. Two for Ed and two for Al. The stone makes your stats go down, but it gives you unlimited ammo with any weapon.
