IGN Xbox is reporting that THQ has announced downloadable content for the well-regarded Full Spectrum Warrior is on the way. There will be two new missions, titled Full Spectrum Warrior: Epilogue 1 and Full Spectrum Warrior: Epilogue 2, with the first being available for download on October 4. The second Epilogue is expected to become available about a month later.

Both missions will offer a continuation to the game's story as well as a bit more of a challenge, even to seasoned FSW vets. "We'd like to think these levels are more difficult than the standard levels in the game itself. Basically, they are as hard as we could make them without making them horribly unfair." says Pandemic Designer Daven Simmons.

Both missions are included in the recently released PC version of the game, but Xbox owners will get the chance to download them for free and get back to the intense, strategic action of Full Spectrum Warrior.
