The GameDaily One-Minute Review
Folklore is one of 2007's biggest disappointments. A PlayStation 3 game that at first seemed promising, but explodes in a fiery wreck, thanks to annoying dialogue, bizarre comic book style cut scenes and drab game play. We love the intro, which sets up this mysterious, Silent Hill-esque adventure through a ghostly town, but we knew this game would bomb the moment we bumped into the scarecrow that continuously mutters "Uwee Hee Hee". After surviving that, we slogged our way through numerous enemies, button mashing ourselves into boredom and jerking the SIXAXIS to steal creature's ids (souls). With that being said, Folklore has excellent visuals and superb full motion cut scenes. Fans of off the wall Japanese RPGs (AKA masochists) will embrace this game for what it is. We, on the other hand, need something a bit livelier and more mature.User Reviews

This sites review is offensive. Folkore is an excellent game and i haven't got bored of it yet. I have since it cam out. This site needs informed reviewers. Hell this site can go to hell. The most bias video game review site I've seen.

OMG!!! This review is so stupid. I just bought the game and im very excited with it, i recomend it to everyone. Maybe thats why Gamespot.com gives it a full 10 out of 10. You guys here should quit analysing games unless u really know how to, just a piece of advice ;)
