Go head-to-head with raging infernos and save lives in Konami's exciting Firefighter F.D. 18. Part arcade game, part simulator, Firefighter is an exciting title that fed my desire to blast fires and be the hero. The game's fire effects are pretty cool, and Konami did a nice (though sometimes amusing) job at making the fires menacing. The game's graphics and locations are kind of drab, the voice acting is average, and the experience is over too quickly, but much of that can be overlooked because the game's so much fun to play. If you're looking for a shooter with a gameplay twist, Firefighter F.D. 18 comes highly recommended.
