The landmark RPG remembered by many as a classic in the Final Fantasy series will be released on DS with an enhanced port featuring 3D graphics and fully-voiced cut-scenes.

Square Enix announced today that it will be bringing Final Fantasy IV for DS to the U.S. The game has been created by the same team that worked on Final Fantasy III for the DS. Final Fantasy IV for DS features 3D graphics, fully-voiced cut-scenes, and other additional content.
"Final Fantasy IV for DS is a classic revived for the 21st century," said John Yamamoto, president and chief executive officer of Square Enix, Inc. "The visual upgrades are remarkable, and the plot has been enhanced with added detail and depth. We hope that fans of the original, as well as players new to the Final Fantasy franchise, will enjoy all that this title has to offer."
Final Fantasy IV will release on the DS on July 22, 2008.
