Kill the Polytechnics instructor. If you subverted the mission and did your buddy's objective before going here (which you should do, as there is an achievement to be unlocked for subverting all the faction missions), you will have to intimidate the instructor before killing him. When you intimidade him, DO NOT kill him until he has finished talking and he has put his hands up again, or else you will fail the mission. Only then you can shoot him.
Far Cry 2 ending. This is the only ending, as far as I know, and all I can say is that it fits the game.
