Who is Vaultboy? Technically, he's an advertising character for the Vault-tec corporation in the Fallout universe, appearing in training videos and commercials for products in the game. But since he's been such an iconic figure over the years, Vaultboy has pretty much become the Fallout video game series' unofficial mascot. We just think he's adorable. So follow these five easy (okay, sometimes not that easy) steps to get your very own Vaultboy today!

1. Click on the thumbnail below to open the full-size Vaultboy template in a new window.

2. Select 'print preview' in your browser's drop-down menu, make sure it's in LANDSCAPE orientation and the 'Scale to Fit' option is selected. The template is designed to fit on a sheet of regular 8.5" x 11" paper, just make sure your settings are correct! For more printing help, check out the official cubeecraft instructions.

3. If you have thicker paper (such as cardstock), use it! It'll make a sturdier model.

4. Cut out all the shapes, making sure you don't cut off the black tabs! Also use a hobby knife (be careful!) to cut the white slits in between the tabs and the red slits on some of the surfaces. These are there so the pieces fit together without glue or tape.

5. Fold along the black lines, match up the letters, and assemble! You now have your very own papercraft Vaultboy!

The Fallout Vaultboy papercraft was created from CubeeCraft's blank template, and modified using Steve Smith's Lucas model and PC Gamer's non-cubeecraft Vaultboy model (available on GamesRadar).
