On the official Fable II community site, it was revealed that the game has sold 2.6 million copies. This makes the Lionhead developed title among the best selling RPGs on the Xbox 360. The game got off to a solid start selling 790,000 copies during October in the U.S., according to the NPD.

Among the announcements was the revelation that gamers have unlocked 66,000,000 achievements to date for Fable II. It was also confirmed that there will be more DLC released beyond the currently available Knothole Island Pack.
