Putting a light face on personal emergencies, Emergency Heroes will have players racing around the town of San Alto trying to correct the various disasters that happen to strike.

Today, Ubisoft confirmed that that they will be bringing Emergency Heroes to the Wii. Described as "an open world rescue driving game" it is being developed by Ubisoft Reflections and Ubisoft Barcelona. Emergency Heroes will release in North America in May 2008.
Emergency Heroes charges players with keeping the citizens of San Alto safe. The game makes extensive use of the Wii Remote while players control one of 16 different vehicles. Emergency Heroes can be played competitively or cooperatively with another player.
