The GameDaily One-Minute Review
With Echochrome, some might say that what you see is what you get. But that's exactly where they're wrong. While this is a very simple looking game, featuring no color, no fancy visuals and a fairly monotonous classical soundtrack, the game plays on your sense of perception by having you rotate the levels in order to change your visual perspective. You'll change distances in all three dimensions, hiding objects and linking others together in order to help your lazy mannequin friend make his way to another section in order to retrieve his "echoes," or shadowy versions of himself. It's certainly mind-bending at times, but also relaxing. With a level editor in tow, there's more than enough here to warrant a purchase.User Reviews
