The GameDaily One-Minute Review

It just takes a few words to sum up Doom 3's gameplay: "Does it move? Shoot it!" What more can you ask for from a remake of one of the most famous first-person shooters in history? Extensive use of lights and shadows make the game suspenseful and keeps players on edge. However, the gameplay becomes very repetitive with little to vary things up. Doom 3 offers up nothing but shooting monster after monster, and everything else seems secondary. But, the incredible graphics this game offers boosts up the game's value, and the final levels are very well done.
