In the peaceful world of Veldime, humans rarely encountered monsters. That was until Overlord Zenon cursed the land and all who reside within. With the curse in place, the humans became monsters and ravaged the world. It is up to Adell, the last remaining human, to oppose Overlord Zenon's tyranny and restore peace and harmony to Veldime. In Disgaea 2, players will take on the role of a young fighter named Adell and travel the netherworld to defeat the evil overlord Zenon. Battles will take place on a 3D grid based field. Here it is the beginning of Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories. Here we see Adell [Human fighting for family] and his family attempting a summoning ritual, although things are a bit incorrect, and they instead summon Rozalin [Daughter of Overlord Zenon]. The narrator pops up and discusses things of netherworlds yada yadda yatta. In holt Village Adell and his family are attempting to summon Overlord Zenon so that Adell may fight to change back everyone whom has turned into demons in this world turned netherworld. Unfortunately something goes wrong and out pops Zenon's Daughter, Princess Rozalin?

This is the cutscene that occurs before the main menu shows up. The opening sequence to the video game Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories on Playstation 2. It's one of the few cutscenes in the game to have pure animation, it displays many classes over the duration but is simply beautiful. The Disgaea 2 tutorial and cutscenes... It's all about jumping in without taking some extra time to learn. Hell ( HL ) = currency or money. This is simplistic stuff here, basic teaching to help people further understand the mechanics of battle Move the Cursor over the Base Panel and select units to enter battle with. Units in battle once moved and assigned an action can carry out said action from the menu with either 'Execute' or 'End Turn.' Units can cancel their movements and actions as long as they haven't yet executed an attack or ability. Adell and Rozalin are certainly getting some good exercise, a real workout. Geo Panels? Geo Symbols? What does it all mean! The very basics of Geo knowledge to get the average player by. Geo symbols can seem difficult to some players, but it can become a powerful asset in Item World to take advantage of.
