Easiest way to do this is on Stage 5. As long as you made it to S5 already, you can start from it every time. You can do this the exact same way to get 2 Enemies Achievement (not stackable for 4).

Avoid the persistent Pooka and the deep-dwelling but whimsical Fygar as you defeat all the enemies in order to clear each stage.
