At the top of the hour, every hour today, AOL Radio will be rolling out a track from the new Echoes of War CD, a best-of compilation of Blizzard's game music over the past decade, plus new tracks from World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, StarCraft II and Diablo III.
The Australia-based Eminence Symphony Orchestra, best known for its soundtrack work on games, anime and films, along with special contributors, such as composer Kow Otani (Shadow of Colossus) and arrangers Go Shiina and Bill Motzing (The Simpsons, LA Confidential) created the album in honor of Blizzard's big-name games.
If you can't live without these tracks, you can buy them on the >Eminence Online store. The standard two-CD soundtrack is available for $29.99, and the Legendary Edition, which also includes a making of documentary, exclusive art cards and a 32-page booklet, runs for $49.99.
Also, check out a trailer for Echoes of War below, and see if it "makes you feel every emotion available to man and beast."
