The GameDaily One-Minute Review

de Blob, is a mess, but we mean that in a good way. In THQ's latest Wii game, you play as a group of blobs that run over Paintbots and restore life to an otherwise dull city, repainting buildings and anything else you touch. Simple yet highly addictive, you score points for each city block and resident you restore. There are plenty of challenges, although some are harder than expected. The visuals are wonderful, the music is happy and the multiplayer modes are as fun as the single-player campaign. No matter how old you are, this game will paint a smile on your face.

thedongle: Don't miss this one!

I had read the reviews on this one, and was... "intrigued" more than anything else. The screens looked good and such, and the promise of a solid platformer brought my hopes up for some good, old-school enjoyable game playing. Well, I've played it. And I'm completely impressed! I haven't done any multiplayer yet, but am having a great time painting and grooving to the tunes. I expect that this will be one of the few Wii games that will find a permanent place in my library of games, and will continue to reach for it often.
