You could easily brush aside Dark Sector as a Gears of War clone, but you would miss out on a fun game. This action opus provides buckets of blood-spilling entertainment, especially once you utilize the raw killer boomerang-like Glaive weapon. Merging it with other items, such as fire and frost, makes dispatching enemies that much more satisfying. The graphics and sound are top-notch but multiplayer could've been better and the story needed some fleshing out. Otherwise, you shouldn't be afraid of the Dark.
