But for the most part, it's still the best college hoops game around. The new Play Designer is an astounding addition, one that lets you test out your built-from-the-ground-up plays against real ones. The Sixth Man Advantage pumps the crowd up -- maybe too well. The unrivaled Legacy Mode is better than ever and the new Coaching Adjustments really make a difference, rather than being a cosmetic touch-up.
