The GameDaily One-Minute Review

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian is an action role-playing game in which you, as 18 different characters from the franchise, save Narnia from the clutches of the evil Miraz. It follows the movie, presenting its story through static images and text, and hopes to recreate the epic battles from the film by thrusting you into combat in which you complete mini games to defeat your opponents, all the while healing and upgrading your party. The six mini games are a novel approach and better than dry, turn-based combat, but they quickly grow boring. In addition, the 3-D fight sequences look bland and the top down adventuring segments have Game Boy Advance graphics. Prince Caspian isn't an awful game, but considering the DS' premier adventures (The World Ends with You and The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass), it'll never be king.
