Electronic Arts announced today that Reggie Bush will be the cover athlete for NCAA Football 07. Bush won a myriad of awards in his final year at the University of Southern California, not the least of which was the Heisman Trophy, while leading the nation in all-purpose yards per game (222.3) and yards per rush (8.7). Pending any surprise decisions at tomorrow's NFL Draft, he will go no. 1 to the Houston Texans. NCAA Football 07's main new feature will be a momentum system, where big plays can make a huge difference in your team's performance.

"This has been an amazing year for me and being chosen for the cover of NCAA Football 07 is a great way to end my college career," said Bush. "I've grown up playing EA Sports games and never imagined I would see myself on the cover of one."

NCAA Football 07 will release on PS2 and Xbox in July 2006, with PSP and Xbox 360 versions pending as well.
