Digital Eclipse emulates each game almost perfectly. There are the occasional visual and sound glitches, but nothing worth faulting the development team over. The visuals in each game represent Capcom's history rather well, especially the likes of familiar favorites like Strider and Super Street Fighter II Turbo. They're old, yes, but they represent the original arcade code as intended. The sound also impresses, as all of the original soundtracks are redone just right.

Volume 2 also features a surprisingly high amount of replay value, thanks to unlockables for each individual game. Unfortunately, some extras are more impressive than others. It's hard to imagine a player wanting to get the concept art for a game like Block Block when better drawings exist for Strider and King of Dragons. However, kudos to Digital Eclipse for providing rewards for meeting certain goals. This system works well in both the first game and this one.

For $20, Capcom Classics Collection Volume 2 is a scrumptious piece of nostalgia. Granted, the first release is better due to its impressive game collection. However, this package provides hours of retro amusement. Capcom fans will feel like they're re-discovering an old toy chest from their youth, and newbies won't mind peeking to see play a piece of game's past.
