How I did it: I attached low powered thrusters (2000 strength) to the bottom of these explosive barrels, then two stabilizing 'fin' thrusters (10000 strength) to the left and right of the barrel. This causes them to rifle while they move. The explosion is caused by dynamite welded to the top. This is just the rockets going straight up.
