The MIT Sloan School of Management today announced details for the first Business in Gaming Conference. President of 2K Boston and BioShock designer Ken Levine will be on hand to deliver the keynote. Curt Schilling, founder of 38 Studios and former partner with Sony Online Entertainment, will speak at the Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) Business Model panel.

"Few gaming industry conferences focus exclusively on the business side of the gaming industry," says MIT Sloan MBA Dennis Fu, one of the organizers of the student-run conference. "MIT, in conjunction with MIT Sloan, is the birthplace of companies such as Harmonix Music Systems, giving it a unique edge to lead in this area."

Other speakers will include 42 Entertainment's president and CEO Susan Bonds, CEO of Zeebo John Rizzo, and MIT research director Scot Osterweil. More information can be found at mitbig.com.
