Today, Electronic Arts announced that GoldenEye: Rogue Agent has shipped for the Nintendo DS. An anti-hero bond game, GoldenEye: Rogue Agent puts players in the position of an ex-MI6 agent dismissed for reckless brutality. Recruited by Auric Goldfinger, the player is thrust into conflict with Dr. No to determine the fate of the Bond underworld.
"GoldenEye: Rogue Agent for the Nintendo DS takes full advantage of the platform's unique technology to deliver a compelling gaming experience on the go," said Jon Dean, Executive Producer at EA Tiburon. "Delivering a solid first-person shooter for the handheld system has been a joy for the Tiburon team. We are big fans of the Bond franchise and were thrilled to develop the first in the series for the Nintendo DS platform."
GoldenEye: Rogue Agent is rated "T" for Teen and has a MSRP of $29.95.
