Just when you thought that news was a bit dull, a story like this one comes along. Playboy model Kitana Baker apparently is claiming she'd been tricked into signing an open-ended talent release by Backyard Wrestling Inc., according to a lawsuit filed on Monday.
Baker, who became a bit more famous as one of the 'catfight girls' who strip and wrestle in mud over whether Miller Lite beer "tastes great" or is "less filling," says she did indeed agree to perform a "Playboy style" striptease for one of Backyard Wrestling's videos, but that she "would not under any circumstances ... engage in any wrestling." Baker claims that being depicted as an "offensive" wrestler in videogames is destroying her reputation, and she's outraged that Backyard Wrestling is using her likeness in "X-rated" videogames (Apparently the ESRB decided to form a new ratings system just for her...).
As a result, Kitana Baker is asking for $1 million in damages. She also wants to prevent her likeness from being featured in any upcoming sequels.
