The GameDaily One-Minute Review

Games based on TV shows relatively go nowhere. Acclaim's awfully failed Alias is one piece of evidence on this, despite having the support of the full cast and one of the show's writers. I was hoping that 24: The Game wouldn't suffer the same fate, as it's a far more suspenseful show than Alias ever was, and fortunately, it holds up pretty well. The game features a number of scenarios and a gripping storyline that will suit fans of the series rather nicely. It still comes to an end way too soon, follows a bit of the basics at times, and doesn't really offer anything for the casual fans in terms of innovation, but it could've been a lot worse. Like What's Happening!: The Game...if it ever existed. Rerun deserves a game run!
