While the Xbox 360 still lacks a Web browser, the team behind the popular console and 15 partners has collaborated on the online scavenger hunt called "X Marks the Spot." Users simply hunt around various websites to find X's. Rewards for playing the contest can receive anything from a Microsoft Zune, a new Xbox 360 Elite, a beach vacation or a brand new Pontiac G6 Coupe GXP.

From November 5, 2007 to December 10, 2007, players read 10 daily clues on www.xbox.com/greenx. Those clues will lead gamers to various web sites where they'll hunt for various X's.

- New phones from Samsung
- Mountain Dew mini-fridges
- New Zune devices
- Xbox 360 Elite consoles
