Talking to the Seattle Times, Sony Online Entertainment president John Smedley commented on the present and future of MMOs. In particular, he seemed bullish about the future of MMOs on the PS3. This comes not soon after SOE was realigned underneath Sony Computer Entertainment and last year's exclusive agreement that NCsoft signed for the PS3.

"I think MMOs are going to be a real strong selling point for the PS3 long term - there's going to be some great ones on the PS3," said Smedley. "You're not going to find The Agency on the [Xbox] 360."
