GameDaily BIZ is about to kick off its third annual Persons of the Year Awards. The awards have already been selected and we'll be rolling them out very soon. However, this year, we're adding something new: a Readers' Choice Award.

In addition to our top pick, we'll simultaneously unveil YOUR top pick. GameDaily BIZ readers are some of the most influential people in the industry, so we certainly value your opinion. But first you need to send in your votes. Remember that the award should reflect who you think has had the biggest impact on the video game industry in 2007, whether for good or ill.

Please submit who you would nominate for Person of the Year to editor@gamedaily.com. Please use the subject line of "Readers' Choice." You may also want to include a few lines about why you picked that person (which we may or may not decide to quote). Submissions are due no later than 1:00 PM Eastern / 10:00 AM Pacific on Tuesday, December 18, after which time we will compile the names and votes.
