Reuters is reporting that Anthony Puzo is suing Paramount for revenue from the Godfather game. Son of the late Mario Puzo claims that Paramount agreed in 1992 to give the Godfather author a share of the revenue of "audio-visual products" that feature elements of the Godfather movies. Anthony Puzo filed his complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court on June 18, claiming $1 million in damages.
"In material breach of the audio-visual products agreement, Paramount has failed and refused to pay the Puzo Estate the sums due it in respect of the Godfather game," reads the court filing.
