Thanks to great video games, such as Gran Turismo 5 Prologue and Echochrome, we're happy to report that our once neglected PS3s receive more playtime. With that said, our newfound appreciation for Sony's machine doesn't make us all hot and bothered over the system's terrible logo. Sony took the Spider-Man movie font in the hopes that it'd be cool. Too bad the third movie fell short of our expectations. Now that's all we think about when we see the PS3 insignia. The last thing we want is to associate this console with Tobey Maguire's bizarre Spider-Man 3 dance.

You're a bunch of morons. Graphic design classes that I've taken use this logo as an example of great design. The purple G and black C and the cube within a cube are brilliant. Keep making lists like this and everyone will catch on that you're a bunch of dumbasses.

As a web designer I'd say your comments are foolish. the design of this logo is fantastic. The design offers two 3d perspectives through the cube in the middle and the shading on the corners to replicate a cube. Take your heads out of your ass.
