Video Game Addiction
Some say it plagues gamers across the globe, while others consider it a relatively harmless escape from the problems in the real world. Good or bad, we can't help but wonder – what are the most addictive games out there? We polled our staff and gaming compadres to come up with this list of games that are more addictive than caramel-covered popcorn.

i really don't understand this list, because half of these games are not even worthy enough to be on the list. I'm just asking where the hell did Final Fantasy VII go or any Final Fantasy game for that matter. I believe Socom 2 should also be on the list, cause i know I've played that game for years non-stop until Socom 3 came out! and whoever made this list really needs an update on his gaming, more like a flashback of all the classics.
where is any simcity or civilization because god knows for over 10 years those 2 games have sucked my life away allong with almost any freeform ty**** game..
I know there are a lot of young gamers on here that have posted their opinion, but it did say the greatest of all time. I don't believe a game should be in the cateory unless it's been out for at least 5 years. Where are more of the classics, such as the first Mario Brothers. How many times have you old school cats beat this game?

whoever wrote this is obviously not a gamer, he probably couldn't find another story to write about so he just made one up.
top 25 most addicting games, some guy just wrote his opinion no facts whatsoever. How can Halo 3 be better than Halo 2. And tetris and solitare on the list, no way
I buy that WOW wins, totally believe that, but some of these games are way to new to be considered the most addictive of all time, of course people are addicted their brand new, GTA IV is cutting it close, I would give you that one because its been around long enough for some people to get bored so it's now true addiction but some...seriously rock band II, can't even go for I
where is halo 2?! there was a steady multiplayer community for over 4 years, some of those games aren't old enough to be considered among the most addicting games ever, just because they are new and the majority of gamers are playing them does not prove that they are addicting. Wait and see how games stand over time. Games not even a year old do not deserve spots.
