After playing a phenomenal game, one of the first things we ask about is the sequel. These 25 follow-ups represent the best so far, from flesh eating zombies in Raccoon City to Jedi and Sith colliding in a galaxy far, far away. Let us know how many of these you've played, and if we missed some of your favorites. With that, let's start with number 25.

where's metal gear solid 2?
Gears of War 2 is not the best sequel of all time. It's story is not as good as Half-Life 2's, it was not as clever, and you guys gave Half-Life 2 a 10 and Gears of War 2 a 9. And Silent Hill 2 should have been on this list. Gears of War 2 is not a classic, unlike most of these games. Rethink your jackassness, Buffa.
Puppy325, definetely Kingdom Hearts 2. The Kingdom Hearts franchise is so much fun to play, I personally think it's one of the best games out there.
"After striking gold with the original Super Mario Bros., Nintendo released this enjoyable, though far from superior sequel." Ok so this list that was made up was about the best sequels. So if you didn't like Super Mario Bros 2 so much why the hell put it on the list and then proceed to ***** about it on the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 page? I agree with avarner, Silent Hill 2 should've been on the list.
I can't believe they left Silent Hill 2 off this list
my vote goes to streets of rage 2 for genesis - the original stunk, but 2 was awesome
Final fantasy I can understand on this list, but Kingdom heart 2 just wasnt that good.
Hello- what about the Final Fantasy Sequels or Kingdom Hearts 2- I think this list needs some editiing
