25. Toe Jam and Earl (Sega Genesis)

Yes, the hip-hop aliens made the elite list -- and why shouldn't they? yea sonic 3 and knuckles (combined game) was by far the best sonic/sega game. it was awesome to see that aladdin was on there hahaha, i forgot about jet grind radio but that is def a must on this list as well.

seriously what happened to shining force? i'm pretty sure a series that popular has to be on here somewhere. plus, there was one other reason to buy a sega CD: lunar. i mean they made a sequel and remade the first one for the playstation it was also obviously a popular game. how about the best sports game on the sega genesis, NHL '94? ign thought it was good enough to be ranked th 47th best game EVER, on any system. some others people talked about...moral kombat, street fighter, altered beast and golden axe and even though a lot of people would probably disagree, it would have cool to see king's bounty and ghouls and ghosts

Sonic 3? no Sonic 3 at all? Sonic 3 and Knuckles forever remains the greatest sonic game of all time, and not so much of a mention?

spielmachtfrie, i was glad to see they snuck in toejam and earl. but i agree, altered best and golden axe both should be on the list. i was upset "guardian heroes" for saturn didn't make it. why dont they get people who actually know videogames to make the decisions.
