25. Dark Tooth (Twisted Metal 2)
Sweet Tooth intimidates gamers with his creepy ice cream truck and flames for hair. Now imagine a 30-foot version of him. That's Twisted Metal 2's final boss, a super-charged ice cream truck from hell.

I agree with Pyramid Head but what about that weird bum that follows you around in Silent Hill 4? Or Claudia from Silent Hill 3? Those were some creepy creations Konami.
Redeads are much scarier...
That's actually a good list but what about the Flood or that near invincible creature in Resident Evil 4 where you have to stall using fire extinguishers or liquid oxygen canisters?
woo hoo 5 rez evil enemies! the regenerator/iron maidens DID scare the bejesus out of me. dead space could have been scarier and more revolutionary. a barnacle? id say theyre more annoyin than anything-why not gargantua?
i would think that the witch from left 4 dead would be at least top ten......
I totally agree about the Psycho Mantis statement!!! He used to give me ***htmares when the Metal Gear Solid epic two disc game was released when i was just a youngster. He was as creepy as it gets. Also, i was hoping to see the Doll from Genma Onimusha to be some where on the list...she was hell in a tiny package!
No Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear? Fail.
What about Tyrant from Resident Evil? he was a ****in BEAST!!
These Gamedaily lists are typically pretty retarded or close to. Whoever made this clearly hasn't played enough Doom, as he managed to pick one of the less scary monsters from Doom 3. Anyone remember the terror of running into the Cyberdemon in the original game, or even in 3?
the redeads from zelda are pretty damn scary i think. they should have been in there instead of the stupid annoying wallmaster
