Sony's juggernaut console has hundreds of games, but these 25 shine the brightest. Guess which one is first. You're probably wrong.

25. Contra: Shattered Soldier (Konami)

It's time to grit your teeth, cock your weapon and show the world what you're made of. Contra: Shattered Soldier is the meatiest Contra game to date, only because it's the most difficult one ever made. That's just fine by us, though. Along with the challenge, you'll also find Shattered Soldier's gritty graphics and rock soundtrack par for the course.

umm excuse me but why wasnt Kingdom Hearts or KH2 in there or any final fantasies either there too cool for the chart or u really dont know gaming

I feel like such a loser for noticing this but the screen shot for dmc3 is not dmc3. That's not Dante its Nero from dmc4. Just look at the sword.

I agree with youngone; I hate Raiden, but where is Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty? 3 GTA titles, but only SnakeEater? Bull****. God of War is good, and I love Ratchet and Clank, but it's obvious that MGS is the only reason that PS3 has sold.

okaay..really bad...why do these horrible lists keep showing up? i bet whoever made this never even played half these games. sure theyre good, but wrong order...seriously...and wheres KINGDOM HEARTS!? kingdom hearts was great! much better than ff12 thats for sure. and ffx was the first final fantasy game with voices. doesnt that count for anything? on top of that ffx was just plain beautiful

I'm getting slightly annoyed with idiots posting on here who have little to no grasping on the English language. Also, the list is based on opinion, something that everybody has and everybody argues over. I don't agree with the list, but I didn't make it so it would be a little weird if I did. Get over yourselves, kids.
