Some are powerful, some are fan favorites but all of these video game characters are just plain weird.

25. Mudman (World Heroes 2)

It's one thing for a spiritual character to carry around a tiki mask. But to react as if the tiki mask was a part of his body? Mudman does just that, with eyes bulging out of the mask every time he's hit. To his credit, though, he's got a very cool spin attack.

Yea I can't help but wonder just what was the thought process behind some of these choices. I mean, you have a game liek guilty Gear thatg's pretty much a rogue's galleyr of wtf all ready and you pick the Rock and roll witch? Why not Faust or Bridget as some have mentioned...or even ABBA? She had a weird style for sure. And I dunno what's odd about a drunken master other than I guess the learning of a move with each swig of the drink? Maybe that's what seemed so odd.

There are better bizzare characters that i could think of. Baraka, Kabal, and vega should be on this list somewhere. rain, emerc, sheeva, bo rai cho, motaro and dhalism should be honorable mentions

Faust? Blanka? Maybe even Olcadan? I can't even name them all. Instead, they put Oro, who is a pretty serious character WHEN YOU KNOW HIS STORY (not to mention he's canonically the strongest of the Street Fighters), Striker, though wierd in design, doesn't belong in a Bizzare Character countdown, and Shun Di, a person who uses a legitimate martial art. Man...
