Ok... From what i researched since i use to have this game, he removed his arm for he could have a fair fight since he was too powerful and experienced to fight anyone fair. Thus, only one arm. I agree with twilitwarrior on the exclusion of Faust. Honestly... Guilty Gear is practically MADE from weird characters with bizarre stories, and Faust, Zappa, Bridget, DIzzy, Robo-Ky and possibly even Slayer could have made this list easily. I-No doesn't really qualify as a bizzare character in terms of guilty gear. Voldo, however, was nicely placed. I knew he was going to show up some time.
