25. Finding a key-activated warp hole (Super Mario World)
Throughout Super Mario World, you pick up well-hidden keys and use them to activate warp holes. These holes open up, swallow Mario and send him to another level. Finding warp zones is commonplace, but the effect is cool, so it made the list.

SMB 3 Had to be the best of the Trilogy for the NES...If anyone says otherwise, don't bother commenting
btw mario and bowser teamed up in Super Mario RPG before Super Paper Mario i like both games tho
