NONONONONO. Sephiroth is NOTHING compared to kefka. Kefka -kills his own men -Is a freaking clown dressed maniac - Has a crazy evil laugh - Actually DID become a god - Killed Millions of innocents. D:< Sephiroth is a mama's boy, he kills one flowergirl and gets a whole fanbase? What's up with that.

This list is pathetic. Half of the "evil masterminds" are cartoonish characters that "we just don't understand." AKA there's no master evil plan at all - they just needed a bad guy. Bowser and WART on the list (among others)??? What a joke. I guess that's what I get for expecting a somewhat serious attempt. ps, Kefka is a better evil mastermind than Sephiroth. ;)

Yeah, I have to agree. I've played FFVII countless times and whenever I see something about it I have to play it. Even my sister plays it. And when she plays it, I'm compelled to start another file and have another go at it! And yeah, Sephiroth best villain ever. FFVII best game ever.

being 27 and and playing the old games when i was a child,i would say Sephiroth is the best,FFVII is the only game i still play over and over again,and i never get bored with it.im not much o*****amer but,i will say,FFVII is the best game that has ever been made,and im sure alot of the nongamers like me will agree,its the best game to be played over and over again.

ok for all you little ff7 fanboys seph sux for one and i am a sonic fan but i will admit Dr. eggman could have been atleast either 6 or 5 he is not the best :/ so basicly this list.. is.. Crap O:
