25. Skullomania (Street Fighter EX series)

Skullomania is not your typical Street Fighter character. When someone at his salesman job requested that he dress up for a carnival in a skeleton-like outfit, he turned vigilante. Where he got these fighting skills is beyond us (Capcom never revealed how he got so good), but he's a neat addition to the 3-D Street Fighter series.

After reading the rest of your list, i have come to the conclusion, you don't play many games. Ken is not as equal to Ryu, lol. so i have a better list for you, some just renames, but certainly better placements 1.Megaman 2.Ryu, Street Fighter 3.Dante, Devil May Cry 4.Chris Redfiled, Resident Evil 5.Arthur, Ghouls and Ghosts/Goblins 6.Akuma, Street Fighter 7.Albert Wesker, Resident Evil 8.Chun Li, Street Fighter 9. Frank West, dead rising 10.Morrigan, Darkstalkers 11.Bionic Commando (spencer) 12.Dr. Willy, Mega Man 13.Strider 14.Haggar, Final FIght 15.Samonsuke, Onimusha 16.Amaterasu, Okami 17Jill Valentine, Resident Evil 18.Viewtiful Joe 19.Pheonix Wright 20.Lord Raptor, Darkstalkers and one honorable mention 21.Dan, Street Fighter (cause he's dan) Sorry, but your list is FAIL!

The list sorta blows and is wrong as well. Spencer is the Bionic commando. Its Super joe who he has to rescue. That picture is of Spencer. get your facts Straight, and pick some actually decent Capcom characters will ya....you definately dropped the ball on this one
