Skullomania is not your typical Street Fighter character. When someone at his salesman job requested that he dress up for a carnival in a skeleton-like outfit, he turned vigilante. Where he got these fighting skills is beyond us (Capcom never revealed how he got so good), but he's a neat addition to the 3-D Street Fighter series.
i think people just like to mess with you guys at gamedaily because they have NOTHING ELSE TO DO. Get a freaking MMO for crying out loud. Since every game list seems to set off a never-ending chain of hate posts, I'll be the antagonist. Y'all are dumb. And btw, this is a pretty good list, BECAUSE it had oddballs in it. Kudos.
of course i would have included Krauser from RE4, but these lists are subject to taste... Skullomania was an amusing character indeed. Leon? Come on, NO! Chris Redfield for cryin out loud. That dude is a tropper. Remember how he survived in RE: CV? That dude is the man. A fight between him and Solid Snake would be the fight of the century between ultimate bad@$$es.
Mega Man is no doubt the number one, but if hes number one then where is Zero? No doubt Zero is deserving of a top 25, and what about Blanka from Street Fighter? I give the list a C+.
Where the hell is Daniella from Haunting Ground?! Fail more, please.
How is Godot's interaction with Mia "shady"? It's made clear they were in a relationship. Unless consensual relationships between adults is bad now. I hope not.

Minus a couple of clowns on this list like Felicia and Skullomania (EX3 was dreadful), the list was pretty good. I almost forgot about Strider Hiryu since Capcom hasnt done anything with him in years,but he's still pretty awesome
You know, I have to be honest. I was going to comment about how you guys are a bunch of idiots, for throwing in Skullomania, and not even include Leon... But Felicia, Haggar, STRIDER FREAKING HIRYU, and Viewtiful Joe? You guys are alright.
I'll have to agree with everyone else and say NO LEON? .. also where is the Haunting Ground and Clock Tower 3 love..? Those are some of the best in survival horror right there! :] Daniella is easily the best video game character I know. It seems like this list is just Street Fighter II characters... with a few extra people thrown in...
