Freeware game Syobon Action puts a cute black and white cat into a masochistic version of Super Mario Bros 1-1. Everything about the first level has been turned on its head: Previously empty pipes house flying enemy dolphins; lucrative question-mark blocks are blocked by invisible pipes; and even the the end-of-level flagpole is reason for worry, as you'll see if you can make it to the end of this somewhat excruciating video. After that, there are still three more levels of pain. The horror... the horror...
