10. Street Fighter EX 2 Alpha (Arcade/PlayStation)
It may not look like much these days, but this 3-D Street Fighter sequel isn't half bad. The traditional 2-D gameplay is intact, complete with super moves and counters galore. Still, 3-D Blanka looks almost as bad as the one from Street Fighter: The Movie.
