look guys dont pick on a person because she doesnt really like video games video games ruin your eyes and they aren't really a good way of exercise go out make friends get a life
please, aggis, go do something else. Get off of your comp and do something else. Go punch that punching bag of yours.
bad neighborhood, or suburbs, i call it the YMCA
Obviously.
not a spoiled brat. i play sports through the school. and video games are EXPENSIVE!! another reason I don't play much of them. And I only went to this because it was featured on the aim news... didn't realize wat i was getting myself into. But, again.. i love debating.. can't walk away from a big fight!
Ok. Let's say this person lived an a "bad neighborhood" or didn't have anyone nearby to play with for whatever reason. Note that I am not saying this person does, it is just a hypothetical situation. The fact is that he lost the weight, making video games healthy in a way, whereas playing outside in a dangerous part of town could be detrimental to his health. There are countless games available to the public that offer the player the opportunity to get up and move, like DDR and some of the wii games.
Ah, but there is logic to it. What logic is there in running a ball up and down a field? What logic is there in running circles around a track? That is fitness, not mental logic. Several people have said it and they are correct: video games do tend to improve motor skilld, coordination, and ,among other things, logical reasoning.
We live in the suburbs ass, there are no parks or yards, want us to go play football? We'll have to dodge cars and hope the conrete is soft to do so. As for the logic, u're kidding me? Video games are some of the most mind stressing things out their. They incudle hard puzzles not ot mention u cant just run in and shoot i nan FPS. It takes patience and tactics, which will come in hand later in life
Well, you seem to be addicted to be on everyone's bad side. You go to a gamer website and say that gaming is bad. That might be a reason why you are bullied.
I used to get bullied. I'm not 'popular' if that's what ur implying. I got my head slammed into a brick wall the other day just for saying that someone needed to move out of the way of my locker. But I don't waste my life on video games. Sure, i play from time to time. But, I go on neighborhood runs for the heck of it. I'm in athletics. In fact, I made all the teams, but I'm not against people who play the games. I'm just saying that there's healthier things to do.
